your computer with any specific components of your choosing for those that are familiar with computer hardware, and we also offer barebones computers and barebones computer parts if you like to build your own.

Requirements...
A minimum of $55 deposit is required after your order is made (depending on upon total computer price), and is NON refundable if you cancel the order!!   (Please understand we have to have something for our time).   Of course, this deposit is subtracted from your total amount due.  Payment is required in advance for any hardware that we do not have in stock that must be ordered, in addition to the deposit.   Non-stocked hardware usually takes us about 3-4 days to receive--of which this time is not wasted; during this time your computer or parts are tested using existing parts (and stand-in parts where needed) until any ordered items arrive, after which testing is completed.

* = "Proprietary drivers" means drivers you can only get from the computer manufacturer.   If for instance you have a name brand PC with integrated "brand X" video, you cannot get the drivers (if you lose your CD or need to update the drivers) from the "Brand X" website.   You must track them down from who made the name brand computer which will either result in waiting weeks for email, or being placed on "hold" on the telephone for ages--either resulting in frustration.   With separate video cards, modems, etc. (like we do in our customized hand built computers), you can easily go to the video card's or modem's manufacturer site and get the drivers of your choice if you lost our CD for example, or need to update the drivers.   Of course ALL drivers are included with our customized computers, but as well all know, sometimes drivers need to be updated and it's nice to be able to do this when you choose.   Furthermore, these "restore disks" are NOT any operating systems contrary to what they'd have you believe. They are only a "clone" of the computer's settings & drivers which WILL NOT WORK when you need to reformat your hard drive, and will also cause you to have to try and uninstall any old/original drivers restored by the "restore disk" in the event you WERE able to find updated drivers for the name brand PC!   With our customized computers, you get a FULL WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM CD (if you choose), PLUS another CD containing all of the individual drivers (in the event the drivers on the original hardware's CD were too outdated or buggy).   This gives you "full control" of what YOU want to do to your computer, HOW you want to do it, and when.

**OS = Operating system. At this time, we are custom building Windows computers Windows 95 and later, to the most current Windows OS.
